Welcome to Purified Experts. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this website or our services.

 1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Purified Experts website and the services provided. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services
Purified Experts provides residential and/or commercial cleaning services as specified on our website. The scope of services, frequency, and pricing will be agreed upon before the start of the service. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. 

3.Payment Terms

Payment for services is due in full as per the agreement outlined in your invoice. We accept the following payment methods: All major credit card, debit card, cashier check,or Money order. Late payment may result in an additional fee or service suspension.

4.Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of services.
  • Failure to provide proper notice may result  in a cancellation fee of 60% of original prices charged
  •  Purified Experts reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to staff availability or weather Conditions.

5.Liability: While we strive to provide the highest level of service, Purified Experts is not liable for:

  • Normal wear and tear, or pre-existing damage to property
  • Damages caused by improper use of items, surfaces, or equipment.
  • Any loss or damage caused by delays in service or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

6.Access to Property: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure access to the property at the agreed-upon service time. If our cleaning staff is unable to access the property, a cancellation fee may apply.

7.Client Satisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with our services, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will arrange a re-cleaning if deemed necessary.

8.Use of the Website
By using this website, you agree to not misuse our services or use this website for any unlawful or harmful activities. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide to us.

10.Changes to Terms: Purified Experts reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to this website. Your continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11.Governing Law:These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state Mississippi. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Mississippi.

Return and Refund Policy

At Purified Experts, we are committed to providing the highest quality cleaning services. If you are not completely satisfied with the service provided, we are here to help.

Refund Eligibility  

  • Service dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us within 48 hours of the cleaning to allow us to resolve the issue. We will schedule a follow-up cleaning at no additional charge. If you are still not satisfied after the second attempt, a partial or full refund may be considered.
  • Missed appointments: If our team is unable to access your property at the scheduled time due to factors outside of our control (e.g., locked doors, no access), you will be charged for the visit. However, if we are unable to provide service due to our error, a full refund or rescheduling will be provided.

Non-refundable Situations

  • Services rendered more than 48 hours ago without any complaints or reported issues.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled cleaning will not be eligible for a refund.

 How to Request a Refund

1. Contact Us: Please reach out to us at 601-850-3405 or at purifiedexperts@myyahoo.com within 48 hours of the service.

2. Provide Details: Be sure to include your name, service date, and the nature of your complaint.

3. Refund process: Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 

business days.
